Outside UK - Please be aware that you are responsible for any import fees, duties, declared value fees or taxes based on your individual countries specific import laws. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.


Lost Items

In the rare occasion an item may be lost by Royal Mail they only consider an item to be lost in the UK after 10 working days have passed from the date it was due to be delivered. Orders within the EU 20 working days, Rest of the World 25 working days. Working days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and bank holidays.Note we cannot process a claim for lost item unil this time has passed.Please check with your neighbours and your local sorting office first as your parcel could be with them. But if you do have any problems feel free to get in touch and we will be more than happy to help

Refunds will not be given on any items that have no fault instead a credit note will be issued. Please adhere to our return policy below.

Credit Note Return
Items must be unused and postmarked within 14 days of PURCHASE.
A credit note will be issued.
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees incurred to return items, excluding defective items. Original shipping is not refunded.
If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion or shipped for free, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Items purchased with a promotional code for a percentage off are not refunded at full price; if a discount code was used, items will be pro-rated to reflect the discount price so that the price paid for the item will be refunded. 
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and must be sent back to us within 14 days once you have informed us.
We are unable to take back items that have been used/decorated/glued/washed, crafted, etc. Please check your items before using them!
Items should be in their original packaging if possible and MUST be accompanied by a return form that we will email you.
Orders that are refused after we have shipped or are returned to us because you were unavailable for delivery or didn't pay customs are treated and processed as returns, shipping charges have been incurred and therefore shipping is not refunded. This means you would have to pay shipping again to resend.
Orders that are returned to us with insufficient addresses or incorrect addresses are treated and processed as returns if we are unable to get a hold of you to obtain accurate shipping information and payment for reshipping charges.

Damaged/defective items will be replaced or can be returned for refund only if they are unused.
A damaged item must be reported within 14 days of receipt and sent back to us within 14 days once you have informed us.
Please inspect your items upon receipt; we cannot replace damaged items that have been used, crafted, etc.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your statement, to receive a Credit note or to receive Replacement products
